Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, including the original shoe box for footwear.

  Submit Return Request

  Log in to your JD Sports account and navigate to 'My Orders' to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel, ensuring no original branding is obscured.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your parcel at any authorized courier point or visit a JD Sports retail store in Malaysia for an immediate exchange or refund processing.
